Due to a surge in orders being received with incorrect shipping information Rocky’s Hot Sauce is enacting the following policies effective 11/23/21
-The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
-If Rocky’s Hot Sauce is unable to create a shipping label due to incorrect information, we will contact the customer via email to obtain corrected address information. If correct information is not provided within 72 hours, the order will be canceled and refunded.
-If the status of an order becomes “return to sender”, or if an order was not received due to an incorrect address, Rocky’s Hot Sauce will provide the customer with the following options.
- Rocky’s Hot Sauce will cancel and refund the order
- Rocky’s Hot Sauce will inform the customer of the cost to reship, provide a screenshot of the best rate available, and ship the order upon receiving full payment of the cost to reship.
-Rocky’s Hot Sauce can take payment through the following methods in this instance: Paypal, Venmo, Credit Card via phone. Details will be provided once the customer has selected their preferred payment method.
