SHIPPING POLICY
1. When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders with expedited shipping get priority processing.
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. If your order is seriously delayed, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help find a solution.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders of $25 or more, and every pack ships free. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $4.99. Expedited processing and shipping is available for $8.99.
3. My hot sauce broke in transit. Now what?
Take a photo of the shipping box and a photo of the broken product inside it. Email both to [email protected] and tell us which sauce broke. Once we have that, we’ll ship you a replacement right away.
4. I entered the wrong shipping address and my order already shipped. Now what?
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll ask you to cover the cost of reshipping it at the same shipping method you originally chose. If your order shipped free, reshipping is $4.99. If you’d prefer a refund instead, we’ll refund your order in full, minus the original shipping cost (or $4.99 if your order shipped free).
