1. When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed on the same business day that it is received (if you place an order Saturday, it will be processed on the following Monday assuming it’s not a holiday). Most orders are shipped on the same business day they are processed, or the following business day. As long as the product is in stock (and barring any emergencies), we will do our best to ship your order within a few days of receiving it.
Please understand that once an item has been shipped (and the tracking has updated to reflect it is in the hands of the carrier that it is out of our control. The shipper may have to deal with unforeseen delays, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. USPS 2+ Day Delivery times are business days (so if your order has 2 day delivery that ships out on a Thursday, this order probably won’t arrive till Monday), and are not guaranteed. If you need your package by an absolute certain time, please place your order well in advance, or call us to ask about expedited shipping. If you are facing serious unexpected delays in delivery, please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll see if we can figure something out.
2. Tell me more about your shipping rates. Rocky’s Hot Sauce absorbs a portion of the shipping costs for our customers on every single order we receive. In other words it costs us more to ship your order than we charge. Customers who select our 1-3 day shipping method will receive priority processing status in addition to much faster shipping speed.
3. My hot sauce broke in transit, now what? If you have a product break in transit, take photos of the package it was shipped in and inside of the package where the broken product is. Send these photos to [email protected] and let us know what product was was broken. Once we have this information, we will ship you a replacement ASAP. See the bottom of this page for more info.
4. I provided Rocky’s with incorrect shipping info and my order has shipped, now what? In the event that your package becomes undeliverable/return to sender due to incorrect shipping information, Rocky’s would ask that the customer provides the cost to re-ship equal to their initial selected shipping method. If the order qualified for free shipping the cost will be $5.99 to reship your order.
