1. When will my order ship?
Whenever possible your order will be processed within 24 hours. Orders that have selected priority shipping will also receive priority processing.
Please understand that once an item has been shipped (and the tracking has updated to reflect it is in the hands of the carrier that it is out of our control.) The shipper may have to deal with unforeseen delays, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you are facing serious unexpected delays in delivery, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will help provide a solution.
2. Tell me more about your shipping rates. Rocky’s Hot Sauce charges a standard flat shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders under $45. Priority options are available for an additional fee. Customers who select our 1-3 day shipping method will receive priority processing in addition to faster shipping speeds. Rocky’s Hot Sauce absorbs hundreds & sometimes thousands of dollars in shipping costs each month for our customers to bring you our current shipping rates.
3. My hot sauce broke in transit, now what? If you have a product break in transit, take photos of the package it was shipped in and inside of the package where the broken product is. Send these photos to [email protected] and let us know what product was was broken. Once we have this information, we will ship you a replacement ASAP.
4. I provided Rocky’s with incorrect shipping info and my order has shipped, now what? In the event that your package becomes undeliverable/return to sender due to incorrect shipping information, Rocky’s would ask that the customer provides the cost to re-ship equal to their initial selected shipping method. If the order qualified for free shipping the cost will be $5.99 to reship your order.
