Our return policy
If you’re not happy with your order, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Opened bottles: We’ll refund you. You don’t need to send anything back.
Unopened bottles: Send them back to us and we’ll refund you. You pay the return shipping.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and cover the bottles; original shipping charges aren’t refunded.
How to start a return
Email us at info@rockyshotsauce.com with your order number and which bottles you want to return. We’ll reply with next steps.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses, mostly by USPS. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days and costs $4.99, or ships free on orders of $25 or more after discounts. Expedited shipping takes 1 to 3 days and costs $8.99.
